Fleet #1 J/105 2004 YRA Championship Races

• Race different venues and courses than the Championship Schedule
• Practice with current and/or new crew
• Practice with a “pro” for on-the-water under real life racing conditions
• Practice racing in a smaller size group until they are comfortable racing in the Championship Schedule
• Have more fun by racing in more races 

All Fleet #1 rules will apply including sail tags, float lines, owner/driver, etc. 
The only exceptions are (1) one unpaid “pro” may crew and (2) there are no crew weight limits.

• March 13&14 -  RYC Big Daddy
• May 1&2  - YRA Vallejo
• May 22  - Tiburon YC Races &
  Mid Season BBQ
• June 26  - Sausalito YC
• July 17  - Island YC Silver Eagle
• July 31 - YRA 2nd Half Opener (Ocean race)
• Sept 11 -  YRA Bay Tour

• The RYC, TYC, SYC and IYC events have separate entry fees averaging $40-50.
• The 3 YRA events cost $40 for YRA membership and $150 for One Design Class Association membership.
• Vallejo-only costs $40 for YRA membership and $50 for a Single Race.

• For the RYC, TYC, SYC and IYC events: 
  1) you should receive invites in the mail or 
  2) use the yacht clubs’ websites or 
  3) check www.sfj105.org 
• For the YRA events (including Vallejo only): go to 
  1) www.yra.org and click on admin/registration or 
  2) pick up the Sailing Calendar and YRA Master Schedule at your local marine outlet. 
  Entries for the Vallejo Race must be received by April 19 in order not incur a late fee.

In most cases, trophies will supplied by individual yacht clubs. In order to qualify for the Fleet #1 YRA Season Championship trophy(s), You must  sign up for YRA and ODCA membership on the YRA entry form.
